A resource cost is an ongoing cost associated with a resource, such as an employee’s salary. Resource costs are unit costs that accumulate during the duration of the resource’s work on a task.
MacProject II calculates the resource costs based on information you provide in the Resource Table. The resource costs are combined with the task costs and shown both incrementally and cumulatively in the Cash Flow Table.
